This church is like no other I have seen before. I have been in modern design churches, but the wall of stained glass makes this one completely different. Add to that the design of the roof, the proximity of the market hall designed in the same style and the pure emotion of this is where Joan was burnt, makes this a very special place.
We tried to find the church on our visit in 2015, but failed. I was determined that I would find it this year, and we did. I am not a religeous man, but entering the church was so different from being in so many great cathedrals that I will never forget the impact it made upon me. If you ever get the chance to visit, you should definitely take it.
